Virtual Patient 1: Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC) Unresponsive to Bacillus Calmette Guerin Treatment (BCG)

In the previous years we had been dealing with a shortage of BCG. Although this problem has been resolved, very often patients do not respond to treatment. What do we do then? Immunotherapy seems to have changed the treatment landscape on metastatic bladder cancer, but there is still a critical gap in patients with superficial tumors and frequent relapses.
