PSA levels are high and, before undergoing a biopsy, the patient does a multi-parametric MRI. And we receive the results. What do we do with a patient with PIRADS 2? Would it make any difference if it were PIRADS 3? In cases of PIRADS 4 and 5, what else do we assess and how does it affect the treatment following the biopsy?
