Virtual Patient 5: Priapism in the Private Urologist’s Office
Duration:
18.30 - 20.00

Being really concerned about the outcome, the first thought crossing our mind is "I have to definitely stay with the patient in the office until morning for safety reasons". However, experience has shown that having good knowledge of pathophysiology and knowing, in particular, kow to take a good history helps to avoid 99% of priapism cases. But still, when priapism occurs, what should we do? And what is safe?
