Aikaterini Tsioga was born in Larissa, where she completed her secondary education. She graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2014, and holds an MSc in "Biomedical Research Methodology, Biostatistics and Clinical Bioinformatics" from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Thessaly. Since March 2016, she has been doing her Residency training in the 1st Urology Department of AUTh.
Her fields of interest are Functional Urology, NeuroUrology, Urodynamics, Gynaecological Urology and Urinary Tract Infections. For two years now, she has been an active member of the Special Unit of Gynaecological Urology, NeuroUrology and the Urodynamic Laboratory of the 1st Department of Urology, AUTh.
She has a significant presence in Greek and international conferences, participated in training programs and courses abroad, and has 3 publications in foreign language journals.
She is a member of International (EAU, ICS) and Greek (EOE, ONOGO) Urological Scientific Societies. Since November 2019 she has been a Representative of Residents in the Board of Urological Association of Northern Greece (OEBE).
